Important:
Reservations for new years eve (7, 8, 9 or 10 days) - consult us.
Reservations for carnival (5 or 7 days) - consult us.

In the 2 packages above 50% of the cost can be diveded, providing the last payment is received 30 days before arrival.

To Reserve

It is required that 50% of the value be deposited by bank transfer or DOC and the remaining 50% to be paid at the moment of check out. Only after the first payment has been made and the transfer slip sent to the pousada by email ou fax, will the reservation be effective.

Rules applying to reservation cancelation

- High an low season packages (New Years Eve and Carnival) -
- Up to 30 days before arrival date - total return of deposit. After 30 days - the deposit is not refundable unless the apartment is reoccupied, then a refund would be immediate.
